Bright Orange Thread is a full-service design studio that specializes in website marketing, as well as logo, brochure, and poster design. We merge our search engine expertise with creative visual design to improve the marketing effectiveness of websites.

In 1997, FranBach Creative was opened when its principal, Hendrik-Jan Francke, began teaching graphic design at the University of Delaware. At the time, the studio focused more on creating design pieces for smaller clients on a free-lance basis. For many years, Hendrik-Jan divided his time between teaching and servicing his growing client base. In 2004, the design studio was renamed Bright Orange Thread—a unique name with a unique story behind it.

In 2006, he left the University of Delaware to expand Bright Orange Thread, which was shifting to a focus in web marketing. With this move, Hendrik-Jan was able to provide his services to bigger and bigger clients.

Since its beginnings, Bright Orange Thread has worked with a diverse list of clients, including mid-sized business corporations, academic institutions, and non-profits. The studio's success comes from the team's ability to create compelling, easy-to-use websites tailored to each client's marketing needs.
